The first week after daylight savings time is the hardest. To get back on track and get a good night sleep, follow these tips:

- Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning.

- Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing and at a comfortable temperature.

- Avoid large meals, caffeine, screens and alcohol before bedtime.

- Get some exercise and sunlight. Physical activity and natural light during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
