Is drinking part of your game day plan? Before you kick things off at the World Cup, don’t fumble your heat and alcohol safety!

Alcohol + extreme heat = high risk. It hides dehydration, increases fluid loss, and masks heatillness signs.

Stay safe:
- Drink a full glass of water before drinking alcohol
- Eat a solid meal
- Take shade/AC breaks every 60–90 minute
- Know the warning signs
- Seek care if you stop sweating or feel confused.

You’re safety and health are most important. Be prepared and make a plan to stay hydrated.
