🍔Happy Memorial Day weekend! Whether you’re tailgating at the stadium or grilling at home, follow these food safety tips:

-Keep uncooked meat and ready-to-eat foods separate
-Grill meat to safe temperatures
-Chill perishable foods ASAP

A real MVP uses a food thermometer to make sure burgers are cooked to 160°F. Don’t serve up food poisoning to your guests!
