Held every two years, the Air Warfare Instructor Course (AWIC) is a six-month intensive training activity that graduates experts in Air Domain integration as part of an integrated, focused force.

AWIC runs until June 2026 and includes academic briefings in addition to the Diamond-series of exercises across Australia where Air Warfare Instructor (AWI) students apply the lessons they have learnt in challenging scenarios.

AWI students will draw on their talent, experience and academic lessons to succeed in some of the toughest missions they have faced in their career to date.
