In this Edition of Lab Notes we are going to cover setting up the Home Assistant Community Store in Home Assistant.
The Home Assistant Community Store or HACS is an awesome custom component that opens a whole another level of Home Assistant add-ons. If you are using Home Assistant at some point you are going to want something that can be installed via HACS, so lets get it installed!
This is actually part of a bigger plan that ends with a Smart Home Tour of my audible notifications, but to make that video a bit shorter I am breaking it up. So if you are interested in seeing how I leverage audible notifications stick around because we are going to automate some boring stuff.
