Instruction:
1. Start a Trucking level that tells you to make the deliver fast with OM0 and start LS gym during it
2. Get OM0 and use it on a gym and go to Valet area. Use the gym teleport as doing the open door animation to exit a shop near to Valet building. This allows you to exit Valet area without failing Valet.
3. Get OM0 again and use gym teleport to get the "normal" menu you want (transfender, weapons, food)
4. Use SF gym teleport to gain movement during flight to gain movement during beefy Baron (you need to hold a call during the flight screen menu and hold until starting Beefy Baron).
5. Start Vigilante during Beefy Baron and before failing Vigilant hold you action/secondary fire key. Since this makes the fire bullets, I avoid sprinting after that, because if the Baron is firing while trapped against a wall it damages itself and it will eventually destroy it (for this step you can also find something that paralyzes CJ from moving, so you have press and hold action button without destroying the Baron).
6. After Vigilante fails, you will eventually get a call and will hold it. Now go to Valet area and exit to get OM0 while holding the call.
7. Use the call to gain movement in SF gym and use gym teleport to exit the club with dance menu.
After all that you have an active RC Baron + Dance menu + any other "normal" menu that you want.
I want to thank XrL for his amazing video of Yay Ka-Boom-Boom IL, which helped a lot. There are not many missions the utilize the "active" RC Baron, but hopefully this will be useful in a couple of missions.
Maybe in Yay Ka-Boom-Boom itself it might help some time, allowing the player to teleport whatever cop vehicle that chases him into the crack factory to transfender:
