The RC Baron is great for this mission. It not only disables traffic like triple Bloodbowl, but also removes peds and allows to go through objects. Also, since the having the RC Baron disables you from exiting vehicles, you can press exit vehicles key to keep using nitros without having to press handbrake.
In this mission even though I barely drove over the train tracks, I still used the lower friction from Snail Trail. Once again the Roadtrain is the best option.
