The ACT Labor Party has won its seventh consecutive term and will be able to form a minority government.

The Canberra Liberals leader Elizabeth Lee has called Chief Minister Andrew Barr to concede defeat in the ACT election.

ACT Labor will form a minority of some form - the most likely scenario is Labor will retain its coalition with the Greens.
