Here's an infamous ad - simply for the fact that it resulted in the first lawsuit ever of its kind - that of a celebrity spokesperson being held liable by the government over claims made in a commercial. It's for Acne Statin - featuring Pat Boone and his daughter Debby Boone (who had a hit in her own right, with "You Light Up My Life").
This aired on local Worcester TV on Saturday, January 1st 1977 during the 4:00pm to 5:00pm (Eastern) timeframe.

Heres a bunch of promos for the offerings in May from the cable channel HBO (Home Box Office), coming in midway through that for Standing Room Only: Top Banana Burlesque (with Jack Carter), followed by promos for Remember When: Way Out West (Part 1 of 8; narrated by Dick Cavett), Country Music U.S.A. (with performances by Roy Clark, Lacy J. Dalton, Charlie Rich and more), and Heroes: Winston Churchill - The Private War. You can hear the neat variations on the HBO music for the background incidental music in some of these promos.
