Performing an isometric heel raise has many benefits for early rehab of achilles tendinopathy. Isometrics have been proven to have an analgesic effect on the tissue, helping to calm down the pain you are feeling. On top of that, they begin to load the tissue as well, making this a bang for your buck exercise!

To appropriately get the analgesic effect you are looking for, be sure to perform 5 reps of 45 seconds each with a 2 min rest break in between! Don't sleep on this exercise! You're sure to feel the burn plus get all the extra perks that come with it!
