Kyhicprepper had some questions about freezing cheese so here's my answers.

Here's some info about vacuum sealing from the USDA. There's another document out there as well that discusses breaking the seal when you thaw frozen foods but I haven't been able to find that one again yet. I think that document was provided by an extension office.
