Here's a few ways that flour can be vacuum sealed so that the flour won't be sucked up into your vacuum sealer. I bought the little vacuum sealer from a website called Sorbent Systems and the bags are a whole lot cheaper for that machine. I buy 1000 for about $68. They also have a good deal for channel type bags that will work on the Foodsaver.
