An aluminum sheet metal structure to hold all the rear most pieces of the car together is called the "thingy?" Well, I'm not sure of that, but this video covers the fabrication of just such a piece. In this video we fit, fit and re-fit an aluminum box structure that will hold the rear clamshell (engine cover) the rear active wing, the bumper with its tail lights, fans, diffuser and other components together.
