I still need a few things verified before I can assemble my bespoke center differential, but I need to move on with the drive train tunnel. To solve this problem, I decided to build a foam mock-up and use that to define the tunnel form. I should have known that the project was going to be riddled with problems and interruptions when, first thing out the gate, I couldn't find my hot wire cutting transformer. In this video you get to see me build a new and upgraded hot wire cutter, see me put it to use and the semi-finished results of the center diff mock-up.
