The 1954 reissue titles to Casey at the Bat, originally part of the 1946 Disney feature Make Mine Music. This is a later Buena Vista version, but apart from the substituted RKO logo at start, it all seems correct. The opening theme is “Make Mine Music,“ but in a new, instrumental version not heard in the feature. Like several other 1954 Disney reissues, this short has a 1952 copyright date – indicating that its release was delayed for some reason. Scanned from a 16mm Eastman LPP dated 1987.
