We just needed a few items, mostly produce, to round out our supplies and build some meals for the next week.
One of the best parts of being a runner is being able to eat a bunch of delicious food!

So who am I?
Just a 37-year-old guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it. I like food, cats, music, and being outside. My gf Jamie is pretty awesome too :)
