Happy Valentine’s Day! This year I’m focused on going beyond the baseline self love. I’m falling MADLY in love with myself.

A few key things I’m doing this year to feel more deeply in love with me:

1. Agreeing with compliments

Not just ACCEPTING a compliment but agreeing with it. If someone says “you looked really pretty” I’ve been saying “I felt really pretty, thank you for noticing!”

2. Being more reliable to myself

It’s so important to have reliable people in your life. It’s even more reliable to BE someone you can rely on. So often we focus on keeping our word to everyone else but don’t keep our word to ourselves…and we don’t realize how that chips away at our belief in ourselves and, in turn, our self love

3. Finding my signature style

There’s something about KNOWING what looks great on you and having a style that suits you that will make you feel amazing! And feeling good and confident absolutely impacts self love.

4. Looking out for my future self

Don’t you always feel loved when someone has looked out for you? When someone is thoughtful, has your back, takes the initiative to set you up for success or comfort? Now what if that someone was you??

These are just a few things I’m focused on this year. I shared 14 more in a video, check out the related video for more.
