Berkeley Nucleonics offers phase noise test system signal source analysis with many useful measurement modes, additive and absolute phase noise, transients, FFT Analyzer, VCO Characterization, noisy DUT locking and more. These benchtop self-contained instruments allow analysis of different modes of noise, spectrum and transient signals. The 7000 Series allows users to make noise measurements from 5 MHz to 40 GHz, working with internal or external references and a two-channel cross-correlation engine for maximum dynamic range. The 7000 Series GUI requires minimal training.
