I struggle to recommend the Campark X15 to anyone unless you only care about non-stabilized 1080p video. There are several offerings, some even from Campark, that are only a few $ more and offer better EIS, better colour processing, and a better overall user experience.
And why am I so disappointed in this camera? Because the 1080p video actually looks actually quite nice. It's sharp and colours are processed pleasantly in most cases. But then you get problems like the poor EIS and that makes everything just fall apart.
