Inmendham often characterizes life as a "gladiator's battle". When it is pointed out to him that life is also love, empathy, altruism, e sense for beauty, etc., he says "these are only illusions. Then 1/ Is what drives him only a desire to win, or 2/ Does he do that out of empathy towards potential future children? If the latter, life is full of wonderful feelings of care for one another, love, enjoyment of life... so not a "gladiator's battle"!
As Barklord said in a comment here "If he really cares, then his argument is flawed. If he only wants to win at any price like a gladiator, then his arguments and motives are suspect."
P.S. I offered this video as a response to Inmendham's video but... nothing doing.
