On the bench today is a near matching pair of 2017 Ford GTs. One is a Hot Wheels release in 1:64 scale and the other is a Welly in 1:24 scale. They’re both street car versions.
The Ford GT is a mid-engine two-seater sports car manufactured and marketed by Ford for the 2005 model year in conjunction with the company's 2003 centenary. The second generation Ford GT became available for the 2017 model year. The GT recalls Ford's historically significant GT40, a consecutive four-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans (1966–1969), including a 1-2-3 finish in 1966.

FYI: All of the Maple Leaf Customs finished projects that are kid-friendly are put in custom blister packs and go to my local Goodwill store where they are given to children for free. If there are parts that can be swallowed, those cars are given as gifts to adult collectors that are fellow enthusiasts.
