We asked Ukrainian refugees to write a letter to themselves, one year in the past, before the war.

What would they tell themselves? What advice would they give?

“You are going to lose some people to this war. But you’ll also find so many good people on your way,” says Inna.

Watch and listen to Bohdana, Inna, Yuliia, Anna, Anna, and Helen share words of wisdom and encouragement to their former selves before their lives were disrupted.
