Joy Story: Animated Short Film by Passion Pictures
Joy and Heron is the tale of the lovable small dog (Joy) and a pesky Heron. Out on a fishing trip, Joy tries not to rock his master’s boat while defending it from the worm-stealing bird. However, after spotting the heron is only trying to feed its hungry and fussy chicks, Joy comes around gives away the whole pot of worms. And in the spirit of Chinese New Year, the heron then reciprocates the gesture of kindness.
The film was directed by Passion’s directors Kyra & Constantin, internationally loved for their madcap ‘Rollin’ Wild’ films, and commissioned by 180 China to coincide with 2018’s Year of the Dog.
Kyra and Constantin have crafted a beautiful story for Chinese retailer JD.com. Kyra and Constantin developed the existing character of Joy, the brand’s logo, into an adorable tale of a dog, a heron and a can of worms.

Evian, owned by Danone, has been producing bottled water since in 1879 in Evian-le-Bains • Nowadays Evian water is marketed to adults as a premium brand, making the connection of Evian water with a healthy lifestyle • To maintain its status several limited editions of the bottles have been made by high-end designers like Jean Paul Gaultier and the Haute Couture Limited Edition designed by Christian Lacroix (opposite) • But in 1935, Evian was first marketed as being the water mothers should use in powdered milk solutions for babies • In 2009, this campaign was reborn in a slightly different guise
An Evian executive told Adweek the company’s baby connection is part of its history.
“The love affair of the brand with babies started in France in 1935, when Evian was first recommended as a perfect water for babies. It is still today the No. 1 water used by mothers for their babies [thanks to its pH-neutral mineral composition]. So fundamentally, there is a true link, it is not a marketing trick,” Laurent Houel, global brand director for Evian, told the trade publication.
In this commercial from the water company, adults see themselves as babies in their reflections and an epic dance party ensues. The video has racked up more than 13 million views since it went live on YouTube. Dancing Babies Funny Video Commercial by Evian Commercial](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/Pph3gPVzKWg/mqdefault.jpg)
