Join me for a relaxed morning walking tour around Adeje Town in Tenerife as we explore hidden cafés, restaurants, local businesses and one of the island's most historic buildings, Casa Fuerte.

Today we leave the tourist coast behind and head into the historic heart of Adeje itself. We start at Casa Fuerte before wandering through the streets discovering hidden coffee shops, local restaurants, hotels and some fantastic views across Costa Adeje and La Caleta.
Along the way I meet Johnny and Svetlana from Norway, bump into local business owners, share practical parking and bus tips, and finish with coffee at a lovely café called El Salón where Rita introduces us to her recently opened business.
If you're looking for authentic Tenerife away from the busy resorts, Adeje Town is well worth adding to your list.
