Nigel is alerted to a new documentary on Doctor Who that is being televised where 'experts' opine on the program and it's state (as of 1990!).
Nigel: The Life of a Doctor Who Fan was a fan Doctor Who video made by the Derby Doctor Who Group in the late 1980's. This is one scene from the production showcasing Adam Richards as 'A Very Large Fan Indeed', Gary Finney as the interviewer, John Slater as the expert, Andy Thompson as the HLF Leader, Owen Richards as the Local Group Leader and Stephen Pryce as his Henchman. Nigel is played by Michael Dennis.
The production is of very variable quality as it was recorded on domestic VHS and Video 8 tapes and was also edited on domestic equipment, so the video quality is less than stellar.
If there is interest in the production, I may yet try and put more of the production on YouTube. Although we had our own soundtrack for the production, musical clips were interspersed throughout the production that would fall foul of YouTubes lazy-assed copyright system.
