Minimalism and spirituality don't have to look a certain way, this is just what I do to live intentionally, meaningfully, and light on most days. Also when it comes to spirituality I have so much more room to grow and I am constantly seeking, this video doesn't really touch on my beliefs but shows how I stay grounded.
