Yes, there are some additional things to mention that could impact your eligibility.
1. SHIPPING - If you are located in the Continental USA, I will pick up the shipping fee for the winner. However, I will not be able to pay for international shipping or duties/import taxes if it get's shipped out of the country. Those chosen to be a Finalist will be made aware of this before being confirmed and if they choose to back out at that time that's perfectly fine! Another Finalist will be selected at that time.
2. FINALIST SELECTION - As stated in the video, 5 users will be selected from both YouTube and Twitter for a total of 10 Finalist. Depending on the number of people that enter, the Finalists will be picked at "Random". HOWEVER, I am offering a little incentive, and proof of going above and beyond to promote my channel/profile will earn a little more consideration credit ;)
3. WINNER SELECTION - As stated before, once all 10 Finalists have been confirmed, a drawing date will be announced and the final drawing will either be pre-recorded or live-streamed. This will be a "Pick-A-Name-From-A-Hat" style winner selection, drawn by a "Special Guest" who has yet to be determined. The winner will then be contacted and arrangements for delivery will be made.
4. MULTIPLE ENTRIES - Please, "ONE ENTRY PER USERNAME PER PLATFORM". And by this, I mean no more than one Comment or Retweet with the "I'm here for the Tiger Boy Advance Giveaway" tag line. Please Retweet and comment all you want but multiple entries will not be considered in the Finalist Selection.
5. SPAM - Please, just don't. I wouldn't do it to you. But if you feel the need I will have to escort you out.
