#NewMusicFriday: This week we have a solo performance from another Matilda! Jemma Bleu Greenbaum played the title role in Matilda the Musical at Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia. It was the first regional production after the RSC production finished it’s run on Broadway. The book, the film and the musical on Broadway inspired her to audition for the role and eventually she became the leading lady of the show. You can see more of her performances on her own YouTube channel ‘Jemma Bleu Greenbaum’. This is her performance of ‘A Cockeyed Optimist’ from South Pacific.
