Very often, people love choosing popular songs to do in these videos. As much as I love those songs, I love to introduce new songs and shows to our audience too. I think it’s also a great platform for people to practise the new songs they have learnt. Vita has chosen to do a song from the Off-Broadway musical Daddy Long Legs, based on the novel by Jean Webster. The song is originally sung by Megan McGinnis, who also starred in Little Women.
Vita said, ‘I love singing this song, it is so gorgeous and I love the story line so much! Daddy Long Legs is a very underrated musical and I haven’t been able to watch it but the entire musical score is beautiful and definitely worth a listen! Thank you so much for letting me do this xx 🥰’
