He had perfect teeth, or what we call virgin teeth.
No cavities. No dental work. No pain.
This patient had no idea he was clenching and grinding in his sleep until he cracked two teeth!
Bruxism doesn’t always come with warning signs. The damage can happen quietly, while you sleep. If you’ve never been told you clench or grind your teeth OR if you’ve never noticed you clench or grind your teeth, that doesn’t mean you don’t!
