This week winter shows it's face at our cottage in Ireland. We are keen to carry on with the renovation of the old stone house, but, there's some planning and measuring to do first, as we prepare to finish building our timber cabin AND get ready to work on the house roof.
Good job we had some much welcome help from our friends @phillyandkeely meaning we could get on with the tricky curved roof on the old hay barn.
Of course, we are never alone on the land, there's always wildlife milling around to keep us company, and is it time for the return of our rat residents...
