A big change of plans renovating our old stone house - a raw conversation.
Since buying our 200 year old remote cottage in Ireland we've had some ups and downs already. We've uncovered the 200 year old stone walls and after peeling through the layers of history, they're falling down.
Our plan to restore this old cottage as sympathetically as possible now may have to change, as to be honest, over the years, much of it has been lost already.
In this video we are going through our new plans and ideas for the place, a conversation we've yet to have with each other...
We'd love to know what you guys would do if renovating something similar (and no, knocking it down is not an option, just defeatist) would you go option 1, option 2 or option 3?
