This week we have to solve a problem at our DIY cottage restoration in Ireland. We find ourselves making quite the mess of our little bit of land, as we try to get our cottage renovation to the next stage.
As winter sets in this is not the ideal time of year for groundworks, but we need a trench so we can move forward, that was the easy bit, running the new mains electricity into the old stone house is a bit trickier!
