Today were going to take a look at the enclosed corner bracket. Theyre easy to install, require no machining, and are available in both fractional and metric. When using it, you have a choice. The enclosed corner bracket can be used as a stand alone fastening method, or to reinforce another fastening method. Here you can see a small sample of the enclosed corner brackets that 80/20 offers. Now one thing youre going to want to keep in mind when using the enclosed corner bracket is youll need bolt assemblies to install it. Recommended bolt assemblies for all enclosed brackets can be found in the 80/20 product catalog. Now when it comes to installing the enclosed corner bracket, the first thing youre going to want to do is preload your hardware. Preloading not only makes it easier to install your bracket, but also saves you time during assembly. Now to get started, well take this bracket and put one last bolt and one last T-nut into it. Now its important when youre putting the T-nut in, to make sure the pilot projection is facing away from the bracket. Get that right on there. Well take our first bar and slide the bracket right on. Today we’re going to take a look at gravity roller mount block. This mounting block allows you to mount a gravity roller, to a Tslot profile. It’s easy to install, available in both fractional and metric, and compatible across a wide range of profile series. However, a bolt assembly will be required. Today we are going to take a look at deluxe and furniture handles. These handles mount direct to the T-slot, and are a great finishing touch to any door. They are easy to install and available in both fractional and metric. These door handles are available in both chrome and black style finishes, locking, non-locking, clockwise and counterclockwise turns, and several different styles to suit your project’s needs. No matter your choice, all recommended mounting hardware comes with the handle. However, machining will need to be done to your bar, just like this. To get started we are going to take our handle and our frame. We’re going to feed our handle right through the frame. Take our bolts, feed those thru. We’ll go ahead and tighten those down, and once we have those tightened down, we’re going to move to the inside. Take a washer and slide it right over the stem. Take a paw kit, and slide it right over the stem as well. Now once you have that on there, all you need to do is take a flat head screwdriver and tighten down that setscrew. Once you have that tightened, your handle is ready for use. Now one last thing you may want to consider is an additional handle for the inside. You simply loosen this little setscrew on it, slide it onto the stem, you’ll go ahead and tighten down that set screw, and you’ll have a handle for both sides of your frame.
