I spent the wee hours of this morning fixing three (!!!) bent 1.5mm motor shafts. This mostly involved swapping the bell housing assembly from a bad motor without a bent shaft with the bell housing of a good motor with a bent shaft.

After all the hard work, I was rewarded with a fairly smooth and jello free 720p flight. Unfortunately, I bent yet another shaft in the crash. These motor shafts bend too easily. :(
