In this journal entry I'll be trying out my newest retro tool. A 1970s Realisitc Bulk Tape Eraser from Radio Shack. I originally bought it to help me create 5 1/4" floppy disks for my TRS-80 Model 3, but need to refurbish those disk drives first. So instead I tried to test an old idea that if I bulk erase old microcarts would it improve their performance and reliability?
