Everybody talks about climbing Grand Teton, but that is a technical mountain. We give you 5 non-technical 10,000 feet peaks in the Teton Range that nobody will tell you about. You need no technical skills except the ability to walk a long way. Hiking mountains is dangerous. Most of these peaks become technical if you don't hike them in July or August or you choose a poor route. Most involve more than ten to twenty miles of hiking round trip from the nearest trailhead parking lot such as Death Canyon or Jenny Lake in Grand Teton national park in Wyoming near Jackson Hole.
