A man is found looking in to an apartment window, seemingly stalking the owner. The owner promptly starts to record the man, and call 911.

The Redwood City Arsonist set fire to numerous homes and businesses throughout Redwood City, California in 1987 and 1988. The fires caused a total of 2 million dollars worth of damages, and the Redwood City police weren't able to find any clues or witnesses regarding the case, leading them to a dead end. A farm worker found a video tape that showed the arsonists admiring their work.
The tape was sent to the local news station asking the public for any tips that can lead to the arrest of those in the video. Two teenagers were arrested in connection to the tape. One of the teens were sent to serve in juvenile hall, while the other was sent to a state mental hospital for treatment.

The two men sort of tease the man, thinking he was drunk. In the days that followed, the two men were reported missing, and this tape was found soon after. The tape was released to the public with the hopes that the two men could be found.

The Pennhurst State hospital in Pennsylvania kept mentally disabled men, women, and children. Like many hospitals that opened in the early 1900s, the hospital faced major overcrowding throughout its history. Many of the patients lived in poor conditions, and it was closed because of a court order.
Two collage kids went missing in May of 2008, and later that year, a video camera was found inside of the abandoned facility. They two missing students are seen on the tape, exploring for about an hour. While climbing a flight of stairs in the building, the recording suddenly stops. It then cuts to a shot in the nearby woods.
The students were never found.

This was one of many in Ukraine that were filmed by the two killers. The film was found after police tracked the cellphone this was filmed on, and the two were eventually arrested. After searching one of their computers, police found much more beatings, , and of animals and human beings. All of these acts were taken out by the signature weapon, being the hammer.
