Galactic Vault is a fantastic Roguelite FPS Sackooba 2026-06-24 | Had a key sent to me by MeepMeep Games, the people behind Galactic Vault, a Roguelite FPS that's becoming a favourite of mine so far. The gunplay and movement just feel really good, which is important for a roguelite fps game, and there's a good amount of replayability too thanks to additional difficulties, different bosses and weapons to grind for. I went in curious and came out surprised by how fun the game was. Reject Gears of War Reloaded, Embrace Gears of War Redux Sackooba 2026-06-17 | So you like Gears? Well then, here's Gears of War Redux. It's a overhaul that adds new content from 2 and 3, and adds horde mode which was never in the original or in Ultimate/Reloaded. And the best part is, it's completely free to play right now. Go check it out, it's amazing. Not an in-depth vid here, just spreading the gospel. Notes:- The footage is stretched at times because I had to play on a lower resolution so that the fps drops wouldn't tank as much. LUCKROT Makes You Kill for Views Sackooba 2026-06-08 | We have a lot of roguelikes these days, and in the shooter department that number is also growing. What's also growing is the sub/view count in your killer stream in LUCKROT, where movement shooter meets The Running Man in a display of carnage and traps for your unwashed audience to revel in. I had a fun time with this game, but I wish there was more incentive to do more runs. Still give it a crack though, it's cheap.Notes:- In the trailer I saw that you could dual wield weapons. Why STRAFTAT Is Truly Special Sackooba 2026-05-29 | It's not just its incredible atmosphere, movement and gunplay. But something else that I personally see in it. This isn't a review or an in-depth analysis of the game, not everything will be shown. There are already other videos that have done that, and this video is more specific.Additional Notes:- I'm still learning this game, and I know there's a lot of movement tech. Tempo Punk Demo Is A Promising Rhythm FPS Game Sackooba 2025-09-25 | I'm still finding a good balance of recording a clear voice while still recording gameplay where you can still hear it, practice makes perfect I guess. Anyways, here's Tempo Punk, a demo sent to me that showcases a rhythm based shooter featuring mechanics tied to the rhythm of the music. You can dash and slide as much as you want as long as you're on beat, while vibing to the three levels now available. You also shoot and reload to the rhythm. Everything is rhythm! I had a fun time with it, and that's coming from someone that isn't really a fan of rhythm shooters to begin with. I'm keen to see how the import music system is implemented though. But we'll have to wait until the final release. I Think skate. Is Fun Sackooba 2025-09-23 | The new skate. has been out for a while now, and the reception has been very mixed. A lot of people have criticized it, a lot of people are enjoying it. But what can be said is that it's not the skate 4 fans of the franchise were hoping for. As I said in my recent post, this is my very first skate game, so I'm not coming into this video with any nostalgia, I'm giving it a shot on it's own merit. So far, it's been a blast even in spite of the horrible face models, annoying ai, the aggressive microtransaction model, the lack of a story and repetitive content, the skateboarding physics and animations are unreal, genuinely one of the best feelings of movement I've ever experienced in a game. Rally Arcade Classics: A Throwback Arcade Rally Game Sackooba 2025-09-21 | Hey everyone, I have a game sent to me called Rally Arcade Classics, a throwback Arcade racer that reminds me of the 2000s era of Rally games that has a good selection of cars, a variety of Rally events and tracks, and mid 2000s style graphics that I'm really digging. It does however suffer from stiff collision and lacks satisfying physics that you see in other arcade racers. Also, having gearbox support would be nice, as well as mod support which could breathe some more life into this game. It still feels like a work in progress, but it has a lot of potential.Also, this is a completely new format for me, where it's a more hands-on, first time approach to what I'm experiencing, rather than piling up a bunch of footage, having a really long think, writing paragraphs only to read it like a robot, edit and upload. I Played The Best Need for Speed Game on PSP Sackooba 2025-08-31 | I've talked about NFS Carbon in the past. But I haven't talked about Own The City yet. It's a spin-off of Carbon that does it's own thing entirely while still using the crew system. It has a good selection of cars, free roam, optional pursuits, great soundtrack, a decent story that's pretty dark for a racing game and handling is not too bad either. Loved it as a kid but I wouldn't really hold it over the main version of Carbon. Physical Video Games Are Back In My Life Sackooba 2025-08-26 | I've been back into retro gaming for quite some time now. But I decided to take it a step further and go back to my gaming roots, on the consoles themselves. For the moment, I have the PS2, PS3, X360, GBA SP, DS, PSP and 3DS on standby for whenever I wanna give them a spin. I Played The PS2 For The First Time In Almost 2 Decades Sackooba 2025-08-19 | Hey everyone, I thought I'd share my recent return to playing on older consoles again, more specifically the X360 and the PS2. But the PS2 is still my personal favourite to this day, and I'm amazed it still runs at all. What an incredible machine. Also, someone messed with my footage, I'll have to make sure it doesn't happen again.Also, this is my very first recording outside the computer on the channel, so I'll definitely have to set up better for in the future. As for the audio inconsistencies, I don't have a tripod, and the only way I could hold my phone was between my thighs facing the monitor lol. Anyways, this was a fun nostalgia trip I plan to do more of.Had to buy a third party controller, my ps2 controllers don't work anymore. NFS Undercover on PS2 is Better than I Expected Sackooba 2025-08-14 | Well I'm talking about Need for Speed Undercover, again. But this time for the PS2, and it's a version that was more fun than I expected it to be. The handling and physics were a lot better due to it being closer to Most Wanted and Carbon. Pursuits are broken but at least aren't boring like in the 7th gen version. The map is basically a reskin of Rockport and Palmont but rearranged to an extent and the story content isn't as good. But I think you'll still find an enjoyable racing game if you can look beyond the visuals. Need For Speed Undercover is Bad Sackooba 2025-08-12 | Yeah, Need for Speed Undercover is bad. But there is a good game in there somewhere, and mods like Reformed mod help realize it a bit better. Even still, I'm glad I gave the game a chance, it deserves that at the very least. But it's also a black mark in the series, and is Blackbox's worst Need for Speed game. Midnight Club 2: Cocotte vs Dice Sackooba 2025-08-06 | Well, here's something I never thought I would do. Challenge myself to beat all of LA in Midnight Club 2 with just the starter car. It was a genuinely eye opening experience for me, and I was amazed I was even able to pull it off considering the fact that I didn't really practice at all. It took a few restarts, and my manual handling is bad, but keeping it at max speed by shifting between gears 4 and 5 is key! Fish tailing makes it much easier but it also breaks the game due to how fast you can go with it. I don't even know how to do it anyway. The channel @Garacade inspired me to try out this challenge for myself since watching his streams trying to beat the final boss with the starter car, without fishtailing while he's at it. I'm open minded to doing more of this type of stuff in the future in this and other games. unique challenges like this opens new portals to experience a game differently. Im Excited for The Duskbloods Sackooba 2025-07-20 | For the past few days I've been playing Elden Ring Nightrein. So far it's been a blast and going in as blind as possible has been the best decision I've made in this game. But it's pretty brutal and there's a lot to learn, and dying always make me come back for another run, just like what a good roguelike game does. Nightrein has also sparked a greater interest in me for The Duskbloods compared to when it was first announced. Although, the idea of it being a Switch 2 exclusive is not something I expected nor am I enthusiastic about. I only hope that the game at least comes out polished and that it sees the light of day of being on other platforms. Prison of Husks is Low Poly Demon Souls Meets Sekiro Sackooba 2025-07-10 | Prison of Husks is one of those low poly inspired Soulslikes that tries to return to the roots of Demon Souls and Dark Souls, where exploration, atmosphere and level design were the bigger highlights that made them memorable experiences. Voidborn: Ultrakill Souls Edition Review Sackooba 2025-06-18 | So Ultrakill and Dark Souls meet in a bar..and some time later, Voidborn spawns into existence, where it takes elements from games like Ultrakill and Dark Souls alongside a dash of roguelite. It's a damn good game, and a pretty challenging one at that too. It's pretty short for a roguelite game but it oozes with soulslike atmosphere, the combat is a ton of fun and the music is also pretty good too. It does have it's issues and it is annoying that you can't save and quit a run in case you have to go do something else. Other than that, it's fantastic and if you're looking for games like Ultrakill and Dark Souls, definitely give Voidborn a try.Notes:- Unfortunately I couldn't replicate or record a moment where the enemies can clip through the ground during gameplay. But if it happens in a locked room, your runs dead. If it's in the Shadowed City, you should be able to ignore it.- As for the cut at the end, I got hit by a copyright claim for the music being played during the ending. Carnage Kart X: Mario Kart Meets Vampire Survivors Sackooba 2025-06-16 | I have here a small but pretty unique survivor like game that combines Mario Kart and Vampire Survivors. The handling is like the original Super Mario Kart, and the loop is similar to Vampire Survivors, where you're killing enemies with your kart alongside the weapon attached to it. There is also an additional race mode you can do after completing a stage and there currently 6 in total. However, I do have my gripes with the game and once it ran out of gas, I was pretty much done with it in it's current state. However, it is still in early access and it has the potential to improve and expand it's features and ideas even further, which is why I'm still recommending it. It's pretty cheap, and for the asking price, you'll get a few hours of fun at the very least. Dimensional Slaughter: An Ultrakill Inspired Shooter From The Depths of Hell Sackooba 2025-06-14 | Dimensional Slaughter is one of those games I was very divisive about when I first played it, and when I first revisited it. It led to a few frustrations and crash outs, which were done outside of recording. But life is strange sometimes. When you think a game is bad, it can also stem from how you're feeling as well and the game isn't as bad as you think it is. It's a good game, but you have to be in the right mindset for it, and the gameplay style may or may not be for you. But it is worth a try at the very least.Notes:- There is a codex explaining lore and the dimensions and weapons, but the big picture is incomplete because there's still content yet to be made.- Expert mode is agony. It's not impossible, but you really need to lock in to have any hope of doing it.Also, revisiting Ultrakill gave me a huge reality check. There's so much that's changed and it showed in my run of the level before Gabriel in Act 2, and I wasn't even playing on the Brutal difficulty. Quartermain & The Cult of Cthulhu, an Easy FPS Editor game that has a lot of polish and content crammed into it. Splitgate 2 Deserves To Succeed Sackooba 2025-06-09 | Well I've said at some point that I would also be talking about Multiplayer. So here I am, talking about one that I think is actually good. Despite the recent controversy, I've actually been having a blast with Splitgate 2, and is honestly a more realized version of 1. It's like a mix of COD, Apex, Titanfall 2 and Halo all blended in an arena style shooter with portal mechanics. There's plenty of game modes, three unique factions with different playstyles, a custom browser for community based multiplayer sessions, and a map maker. While multiplayer shooters are a divisive circle, I'm all for more of them popping out, especially ones that bring something new to the table, or at least try to alter the existing gameplay with new features. Deadlink IS STILL AWESOME! Sackooba 2025-06-08 | Greetings my brothers in Talos. I am here worshipping one of the best FPS games to come out in recent memory, where it blends Rougelite and FPS like it was always meant to be. I honestly hold it in a similar regard to Doom Eternal and Ultrakill because of how fun it genuinely is to play, and how all of the mechanics are constantly engaged with in the loop. It also has one of the most beautiful stylised 3D visuals I've ever seen in a shooter so far. The only genuine con I can think of here, is that there isn't more of it! I hope that they come back to the game and give it more content, or even work on a sequel of sorts. The game is an absolute gem, go play it now!For those wondering about the different crosshairs, you can't get them in game. I've been experimenting with crosshair overlays as of late, and have come to prefer using my own crosshairs at this point. I found this gem during the Vampires vs Zombies sale on Steam not long ago, and I've been having a good time with it so far, that it also made me wanna talk about the game and even revisit the original zombies mode in World at War. The movement here is fast and fun, weapons are simple but effective to use, perks and powerups are here, modifiers add more chaos or comfort to the session, and it supports co-op play. It's still being developed with more content planned and features, but it's still worth playing right now. Nasty Zombies is a ton of fun, go play it. FPS Games Like Vampire Survivors Sackooba 2025-05-31 | I have here a very short but solid showcase of FPS games that combine elements from the Boomer and Movement shooter genre, that mixes them into the Survivors Like experience spawned from the success of Vampire Survivors.
