I think the video says it all, just put a bit of thought into what equipment you will be carrying on the roof rack and how you will be securing the gear you carry, as this will make a big difference to what rack best suits what you need. If you are taking your 4WD off-road, you definitely want something that will handle the vibration and occasional knocks that it will get. (If you have a garage to park in, think of the height of that, too). My 4WD Roof rack is a bit lower than 2.1m high, which lets me park in most underground and high-rise parking areas.
