Most people think “different dimensions” are an abstract, spiritual concept. They’re not. They’re a frequency of bands like radio channels according to Physics. The reason why things appear so crazy on the planet right now is because Earth's frequency is rising. This causes suppressed emotional trauma to come up so that we can process the lower vibrations (frequencies) we've been carrying in order to keep up with Earth's rising frequency. If you’ve ever wondered why most people do not see paranormal phenomena, astral beings, aliens, entities, etc., it's simple: YOUR not in their frequency range YET. Humans have remained in 3D to low 4D for eons. Many tribes including the Hopis (google "Hopi Prophecy") are famous for documenting these cycles that dramatically shift consciousness and we are going through one RIGHT NOW. Even world famous and beloved scientist, Carl Sagan discussed this (once a theory) in his "Flatland and the 4th dimension dimension" video on YouTube, taken from his classic 1980's award-winning TV show, Cosmos. So instead of sharing the same solid reality, we’ve been "out of alignment" with other beings like two radio stations overlapping but not quite tuning in to being "in alignment" with each other. The separation of these higher frequencies used to be huge. Now they're coming together. Frequencies are rising, and as our timelines align, people are experiencing, seeing, feeling, and perceiving more. We are literally moving from our once locked in frequency range to something higher, and that’s why things feel so challenging right now. Have you recently noticed your energy levels or awareness shifting at times? This can feel exhausting and/or emotionally triggering (vibrations from subconscious trauma coming up, e.g, fear, sadness, anger to breath through) as we adjust to changes that will eventually lead to greater awareness, clarity, and alignment. Waking up is about the inner journey and confronting our fears, doubts, attachments, expectations, and conditioning. Awakening is realizing that there is more to life than previously believed. There is more to our general everyday (wake up, eat, work, sleep) routine than previously thought. Something within you begins to sense a deeper meaning to your existence. Living a mindful and reflective, health-conscious lifestyle allows us to be more present with our choices. Where the mind goes, energy flows. Dump the lower vibrational frequencies! Gratitude attracts reasons to be thankful. Self-love, love for others, acceptance, and forgiveness are huge. Love yourself. Say it to yourself every day in the mirror until you resonate and believe to the point overtime of truly shifting onward and upward! Expand your mind to a Whole New level of Consciousness!
