The 4DB Fire Key Chain (pack of two) is a simple yet very effective fire starter made up of a high quality 1/2"x3" 4DB ferrocerium rod that throws 5,430 degree gobs of hot sparks and a 550 paracord fire tinder. The paracord offers 7 normal nylon strands and 1 waterproof fire starting strand. These two powerful firestarters combined on a key ring are a very convenient, reliable and effective source of fire. Simply cut the paracord, pull out the fire starting strand, shower it with sparks and a sustainable fire is what you have.
