In this video I show how I build my trappers cabin. I use all dead standing cedar trees for this except for the two foundation logs which are oak. I still have a few things to add to it but all in all it's near complete. I will add two raised beds in it and a table which I will make videos on later. I simply use a notching method to link the logs together. The foundation is 8 cinder blocks. Floor is 3/4" plywood. Roof is 1/2" plywood. All plywood I water sealed with Thompsons water sealer. The walls I will simply enclose with tarps when needed. Thanks for watching.
