In this video I demonstrate how to make a stone age axe. I believe it worked efficiently but it did end up splitting due to the shape of the stone itself. If it were more rounded and polished stone it may have not split the hard green cedar I used. Every time we try to recreate tools and weapons from the stone age it is a great learning experience.
