In 2016, an anonymous user on 4Chan uploaded a series of cryptic posts, which contained a hidden code. This led users to an obscure YouTube channel called Deeper, and within it, they made a terrifying discovery.
The bizarre videos appeared to connect to a string of unexplained deaths and disappearances in Colorado spanning the past forty years. Because of this, 4Chan believed the channel owner could be a serial killer who was using the videos as their final twisted act.
So 4Chan set out to decode every message, hoping to expose the newly dubbed Angler killer and bring justice to the victims once and for all.
Throughout the next few days, the Angler posted a series of cryptic videos, some containing truly horrifying footage. But that wouldn’t stop 4Chan.
