For the holidays I wanted to expand upon a family tradition. Growing up we always painted die-cut plywood ornaments for the tree. But I've wanted to play with some stained glass images, and it turns out elementary teachers have been doing something similar with acrylic puff paint and school glue.
So now I used TinkerCAD to make the black frame used for the faux stained glass. Pt.1 goes through how I extracted a coloring book picture into TinkerCAD to make a 3D printable frame.
Pt.2 will take you through the process of painting the faux glass!
