This belt has been in the back of my mind for a while, and I'm happy to finally have it print! I wanted to 3D print the whole belt from strap to buckle, and in this video I get through printing the strap, keepers, and chape.
This is 3D printed in TPU on a Lulzbot Taz Pro. 0.38 layer height, 250 C head temp, 70 C bed temp, 100% infill.
In the next video I'll do a TinkerCAD walk through to show you how I designed this belt.
Cost: 212 g TPU filament, ~ $42.40 USD, 2 Binder Post ~ $3 USD, grommets ~ $0.50,
17 hrs print time per belt. Buckles were salvaged from old belts.

I entered the belt design in a contest with NinjaTek, and took Honorable Mention!
