O melhor horário para praticar esta meditação é ao pôr do sol ou no final da tarde.
Ficar totalmente imerso no tremor e na dança nos dois primeiros estágios, ajuda a derreter a parte pedrificada do ser onde o fluxo de energia possa ter sido reprimido e bloqueado. Então essa energia pode fluir, tornar-se dança e se transformar em êxtase e alegria. Os últimos dois estágios permitem que toda a energia flua verticalmente, para cima – ao silêncio. Esta meditação é uma maneira altamente eficaz de liberar tensões, descontrair e relaxar ao final do dia.
A meditação deve ser feita com sua música específica da OSHO Kundalini Meditation, que apóia energicamente e indica os diferentes estágios.
* Instruções:*
A meditação dura uma hora e se divide em quatro estágios. A meditação termina quando você ouve três batidas do gongo.
Primeiro estágio: 15 minutos
Solte-se… e permita seu corpo todo tremer, chacoalhar, sentindo as energias se movendo para cima desde seus pés. Solte-se completamente… e torne-se o tremor.
Seus olhos podem estar abertos ou fechados.
Segundo estágio: 15 minutos
Dance... da maneira que você sentir e deixe todo o seu corpo se movimentar como quiser.
Seus olhos podem estar abertos ou fechados.
Terceiro estágio: 15 minutos
Feche seus olhos e fique imóvel, sentado ou em pé – testemunhe tudo que está acontecendo dentro e fora de você.
Quarto estágio: 15 minutos
Mantenha seus olhos fechados, deite-se e permaneça imóvel.
**** *NOTA :*
• No quarto estágio, você pode optar por permanecer sentado, se desejar.
• Se você está fazendo a meditação da Kundalini, permita o chacoalhar- não faça! Fique em silêncio, sinta-o chegando e, quando seu corpo começar a tremer um pouco, ajude-o, mas não faça! Aprecie, sinta-se feliz com isso, permita, aceite, receba, dê as boas-vindas, mas não deseje.
Se você forçar, isso se tornará um exercício, um exercício físico do corpo. Então o tremor estará lá, mas apenas na superfície. Não vai te penetrar. Você permanecerá sólido, petrificado, como uma rocha por dentro. Você continuará sendo o manipulador, o executor e o corpo apenas seguirá. O corpo não é a questão, você é a questão.
Quando digo tremer, quero dizer sua solidez, seu ser petrificado deve tremer até as próprias fundações, para que se torne líquido, fluido, derreta, flua. E quando a sua solidez se tornar líquida, seu corpo o seguirá. Então não há a pessoa que faz tremer, apenas o tremor; então ninguém está fazendo isso, está simplesmente acontecendo. Então o executor não existe.
Aproveite, mas não deseje. E lembre-se, sempre que desejar algo, você não consegue desfrutar. São reversos, opostos; eles nunca se encontram. Se você deseja algo, não pode desfrutar, se desfruta, você não consegue desejar.
• Se você chacoalhar seu corpo corretamente por quinze minutos, com total sentimento, toda a energia reprimida começará a se manifestar e fluir.

Nataraj é a energia da dança. Esta é a dança como uma meditação, onde toda a divisão interna desaparece e uma consciência sutil e relaxada permanence.

Esta meditação dura 65 minutos e tem três estágios.

Terceiro estágio: 5 minutos
Dance em celebração e desfrute
**** *NOTA:*
• Esqueça o dançarino, o centro do ego. Torne-se a dança. Essa é a meditação. Dance tão profundamente que você esquece completamente que está dançando e começa a sentir que é a dança. A divisão deve desaparecer; então se torna uma meditação.
• A dança é uma das mais profundas meditações possíveis, pela simples razão de que quando a dança chega ao seu clímax, quem está dançando desaparece. Só há a dança - não há ninguém dançando. E depois há uma consciência que não é da mente e nem do ego. De fato, a consciência não pode ser praticada; outra coisa tem que ser feita como preparação, e essa consciência chega até você. Você só precisa se tornar disponível para isso.
