Esta meditação dura 65 minutos e tem três estágios.

**** *NOTA:*
• Esqueça o dançarino, o centro do ego. Torne-se a dança. Essa é a meditação. Dance tão profundamente que você esquece completamente que está dançando e começa a sentir que é a dança. A divisão deve desaparecer; então se torna uma meditação.
• A dança é uma das mais profundas meditações possíveis, pela simples razão de que quando a dança chega ao seu clímax, quem está dançando desaparece. Só há a dança - não há ninguém dançando. E depois há uma consciência que não é da mente e nem do ego. De fato, a consciência não pode ser praticada; outra coisa tem que ser feita como preparação, e essa consciência chega até você. Você só precisa se tornar disponível para isso.

Die OSHO WHIRLING MEDITATION®️ gehört zu einer Gruppe von OSHO ACTIVE MEDITATIONS des zeitgenössischen Mystikers Osho. Alle OSHO Active Meditations enthalten Bewegung – mal intensiv und körperlich, mal sanfter – gefolgt von Inaktivität, Stille. Einige der Meditationen werden für bestimmte Tageszeiten empfohlen. Alle werden von Musik begleitet, die speziell dafür komponiert wurde, die verschiedenen Phasen zu unterstützen.

Whirling ist eine uralte Sufi Technik. Während sich dein ganzer Körper bewegt, wirst du dir deines inneren Seins bewusst, des Beobachters im Zentrum, der sich nicht bewegt. So lernst du, der nicht identifizierte Zeuge im Zentrum des Zyklons zu sein.
Whirling macht man am besten mit leerem Magen und in loser Kleidung.
Die Meditation wird mit der speziellen OSHO Whirling Meditations Musik gemacht, sie zeigt die verschiedenen Phasen an und unterstützt sie energetisch.
*ANLEITUNG:*
Die Meditation dauert eine Stunde und hat zwei Phasen, Whirlen und Ruhen. Die Meditation ist beendet, wenn du drei Gongschläge hörst.
Erste Phase: 45 Minuten
Beim Whirling dreht man sich auf einer Stelle gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, wobei der rechte Arm hochgehalten wird und die Handfläche nach oben zeigt, während der linke Arm nach unten hängt, mit der Handfläche nach unten. Wirble im Kreis herum, wie kleine Kinder es gerne tun. Wer sich beim Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn unwohl fühlt, kann es im Uhrzeigersinn tun und dabei auch die Armposition vertauschen. Lass deinen Körper weich sein und behalte die Augen offen, ohne sie zu fokussieren, sodass alles, was du siehst, verschwimmt und zerfließt. Bleibe dabei still.
Drehe dich in den ersten fünfzehn Minuten nur langsam. Dann erhöhe allmählich die Geschwindigkeit, bis du wie von selbst herumwirbelst und zu einem Whirlpool an Energie wirst – die Peripherie ein Wirbelsturm an Bewegung, der Zeuge im Zentrum ruhig und still.
Wenn du so schnell wirbelst, dass du dich nicht mehr aufrecht halten kannst, fällt dein Körper von selbst zu Boden. Mache es nicht zu deiner Entscheidung, und versuche nicht, es einzurichten, wie du auf dem Boden landest. Wenn dein Körper entspannt ist, landest du weich, und die Erde, der Boden absorbiert deine Energie. Sobald du hingefallen bist, bleibe liegen; in diesem Moment beginnt für dich der zweite Teil der Meditation.
Zweite Phase: 15 Minuten
Falls du nicht schon hingefallen bist, wenn die Musik aufhört, dann lass dich jetzt zu Boden fallen. Rolle dich sofort auf den Bauch, sodass dein Bauchnabel mit dem Boden in Kontakt ist. Spüre, wie dein Körper mit der Erde, dem Boden verschmilzt, wie ein Kleinkind, das an der Mutterbrust liegt. Wer sich sehr unwohl fühlt, so zu liegen sollte auf dem Rücken liegen.
Halte die Augen geschlossen und bleibe passiv und still.
**** *BITTE BEACHTE:*
• Manchen Menschen mag es beim Whirling übel werden, doch das Gefühl sollte nach zwei bis drei Malen verschwinden. Nur wenn es länger anhält, sollte man die Meditation einstellen.
• Die Whirling-Roben, die in diesem Video getragen werden, sind optional. Mann kann jede lockere Kleidung tragen.
• Dieses Whirling, das Sufi-Whirling, ist eine der ältesten Techniken, eine der kraftvollsten. Es ist so tief, dass selbst eine einzige Erfahrung dich völlig verändern kann. Du musst dich mit offenen Augen drehen, so wie kleine Kinder sich immer weiterdrehen, so, als wäre dein inneres Sein ein Zentrum geworden und dein ganzer Körper ein Rad, das sich bewegt, ein Töpferrad, das sich bewegt. Du bist in dem Zentrum, aber der ganze Körper bewegt sich.
Werde zu einem Whirlpool, einem Energie-Whirlpool, völlig darin versunken: kein Zeuge sein, keine Anstrengung, zu beobachten. Versuche nicht, zu sehen, sei der Whirlpool, sei das Whirlen.
• Hör nicht selbst auf, lass das Whirlen selbst an den Punkt kommen, an dem du hinfällst.
