This is so easy to make and is a go to meal for us. I use to make it in the oven but have switched to doing it in the air fryer. You can easily add onions and peppers if you want. I keep it simple and just do sausage and potatoes.
Sausage
Potatoes
Oil
Season Salt
Preheat air fryer to 400°. Cut potatoes in to bite sized pieces. Coat with one tablespoon of oil and season with seasoning of choice. Place in hot air fryer and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes toss and cook for an additional 5 minutes before adding in cut up sausage. Cook for 10 more minutes or until done to your liking.
